Hotel Hellas

The hotel was walking distance to the city center in Fira and had an excellent pool. The host/owner was lovely and very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Santorini. Would have loved to have two pillows on the bed and the beds could have been more comfortable. But these are minor comments, compared with how amazing the hotel was.

Staff is very friendly and helpful ? we offered a better room on arrival and we happily took it. The room was clean and equipped well enough for a few days stay. There was a kettle and mugs in the room but no coffee or tea or even spoon i did not get the point for what then?

The hotel staff were always so lovely and helpful, our room had a gorgeous view and everything we needed for our trip! T

The bathroom was a little cramped and some fixtures were loose. Also a very steep hill down to it that could be difficult for handicapped persons to maneuver.

A clean hotel - very well priced for the area . Easy walk to the beautiful parts of Fira & the bus station that is your ticket to other parts of Santorini. It is located in a parking lot - : most of the views are obstructed.

all great with the hotel, ideal for whole family

The room was nice and cleaned everyday, nice pool, good location and easy communication with the host. Wi-Fi had a very bad connection, maybe because the room was far from the router. Also the shower is very small so the plastic curtain would "glue" on us during the shower.

It is on a quiet street off from main road. The room has a nice balcony and there is a nice swimming pool. The receptionists are very helpful.

Location is good and cleanness Bed mattresses are less discomfort. The shower head isn’t placed on the wall so i wasn’t able to take comfortable shower. Also, the restrooms are too small in space.

The hotel just near the public parking lot. Walkable distance to every where of Fira. Room is clean and tidy and the host is really nice. However it has some issues with the hot water which is not warm enough.

The owner was fabulous. She greeted us as soon as we arrived. The hotel was within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend staying here

Exceptional

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Even though I was in busy Santorini, I felt welcomed and cared for with personal Greek hospitality at this well managed hotel. There was a steep walk down of about 20 meters to the entrance. Not a big problem.

Quiet and close to most things Staff offer the bare minimum and very focused on money and your exit.

The view from the balcony every morning for sunrise was beautiful. Good location and restaurants and shops easy walking distance.

Host is so sweet, rooms are clean, location is perfect. They clean your room everyday, and change towels everyday Beds needs to be upgraded, bedrooms and bathrooms needs to be upgraded.
