Location and the outside area as well as the staff. It is outdated, needs cleaning and a total refurb and bedrooms are in a dire need of refurb

Very nice staff Even though you basically live at the pool and hear the music and screaming of children all the time you have to pay extra to use it. Unfortunately you can also hear your neighbors pretty well when staying inside. The walls are thin and some apartments are/ can be connected with simple doors.

The availability of staff and friendliness. The view is amazing and the tranquility is amazing. The breakfast during the week was ok. However, the weekend was much better, including fruit, diversity of bread and cakes. So the week's breakfast could be improved. On the other hand, due to a confusion at the reception by the day of check out (with the payments), I wanted to reach out to booking by phone. I connected to WiFi of the hotel WiFi, searched for the booking telephone number and phoned to the number that appeared on the first sight (not sure if WiFi of hotel was corrupted). Unfortunately, that number I obtained from the net, was a scammer and I got robbed after someone manipulated me. Strangely, the person of the artificial booking call center, had my data. It is unfortunate to mention it here, but the hotel should test and verify the security of its network. After all, guests want to have a nice relaxed time.

We like how personal the staff made it feel they always remembered you and was very polite and helpful Was not a fan of the fact that even though you pay too stay at this small complex that you then have to pay for the pool use too, it is out of the city in the mountains so nothing to do unless you have a car and then make you pay for the only facility they have.

The staff was genuinely helpful in all regards! Very flexibly they accommodated the needs of the little and the big family members from the start, despite our late arrival. On top, the recommendations as to how and where we could spend our time in Campania made such a positive impact on the entire stay. And the vibe of the place was just wonderful - we enjoyed every minute.

nice surroundings, quiet, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English, nice food very remote if you wanted to go out for a meal and/or drinks somewhere else as you would have to drive

Quiet rural location as described, nice set up. Staff very nice and helpful, rooms clean and spacious, food nice but slightly overpriced. A bit too remote if you wanted to go out for food or drinks somewhere else. Can’t get a taxi so would have to drive which spoils the experience.
