Room was clean, parking was easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Clean rooms and decent hot breakfast. Rooms need updated a bit bit otherwise a great hotel.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel and I stay at a lot of hotel. Let’s start about the disgusting bedding with stains and mold. How no one is able to bring you towels you have to go get them yourself. The towels are hard and feel crusty. The breakfast was terrible, barely any food and running out of the little food that they had. The staff is completely unprofessional during check-in and checkout, and anytime I was in the lobby. I had people try to come in my room several times when I tried to call the front desk about this my phone didn’t work and I had to use my cell phone when I reported what was happening. I didn’t get any empathy from the front desk manager. I felt unsafe and relayed that to him, and he just kept making excuses for whoever was trying to walk in my room.. I would not stay at this hotel if I were you it’s unsafe.

We stayed here after a concert at Ruoff. It was easy to get to, around a ton of stuff, and the staff was friendly.

I recently just called to request a copy of my receipt because it check out. I was told that they would provide it when I was speaking to the front desk staff I was trying to clarify that because I had checked out early. It was still showing a balance and I needed a resolved receipt to show that I had paid in full for the entire entirety of the day for my company. The staff member hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back immediately, I left a voicemail hopefully management addresses this issue.

Only one person working when I checked in. He was new and didn’t seem ready to be left alone. It was after check in time and they had to physically go upstairs to talk with housekeeping to see if there was a clean room available. Later that night I called front desk because our room had no hair dryer. They said they would “try” to find one. No one came. My husband had to go downstairs and ash again. The breakfast wasn’t worth eating. We went elsewhere to eat. Our shower head was terrible and bathroom sink was draining very slow. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

Room was clean. Blackout blinds are amazing. Beds are comfortable. I wish pillows would not be so small. But it had a great in room fridge and was very comfortable for my stay.

Breakfast was out of food several times and not much variety. Could hear everything happening in the adjoining room with the door closed. Could hear highway traffic.
