Clean property but just a little dated

Check in and out was easy, fast. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and rooms decent size.

The room was a decent size where my tumbling 5 yr old wasn’t in everyone’s face. Now here is why I gave this place 3 stars…. The sofa bed is awful. It was like laying on springs covered by a sheet. There could be a much better mattress in there. Also, the blanket they give for the sofa bed is THIN. It is not the same as the blankets on the bed. The breakfast was decent and the flow of traffic was in waves. They kept the food restocked immediately. Cereal, bagels, waffle maker, eggs sausage, oJ and apple juice. I would stay again if I did not need the sofa bed. Otherwise I would find another place.

Stayed two nights at Hampton Inn Flagstaff. Check in was warm and friendly - thank you Kate. Liked the convenient parking, food options and hotel breakfast.

Breakfast was good. I forgot my trunks so I couldn't use the pool or hot tub (sauna), but it looked very nice. Overall, the facility and staff were very nice. No direct tv or dish, only streaming services. The mattress was not that comfortable, but it wasn't horrible. The bottom of the bathroom door, room 314 had some very bad water damage. It didn't affect the door's function, it was just unsightly.

The breakfast was included. Our rooms were between the meeting room and the gym, which was a weird location for a room to be in across from the indoor pool the beds were hard as rocks. As the front desk about them and they said they could get more bedding, which really wouldn’t fix the problem overall it was a good stay but the bed, we’re not good. Super uncomfortable..

The entrance made a statement - nice layout and decor.

Would stay here again without hesitation.
-
Aside from other occupants disregarding the pool and spa rules about alcohol, not a bad stay. I get it. long day traveling, but why blatantly drink IN the pool? Nothing the hotel can really do about other guests.
