Great accommodation, lots of character. Set in a quiet area but only 20 minutes from the centre. The WiFi was a bit hit & miss sometimes but not a big problem.

Super smiley welcoming from our hosts, super well located (not far from the center by foot/tram but in a genuine local neighborhood with a cool restaurant nearby - Gastronomia Panico) and nice surprise to have a complimentary breakfast. Nothing. Guests should just be aware that the sound isolation is not the best. But people were respectful and quiet.

A beautiful apartment with excellent rooms and bathroom. A cute communal area where you get an adequate breakfast and a location close to the Centre but also far enough from the chaos. Good direct public transport to the SMN station and Piazza Michelangelo. Close enough to the tram station. Nothing really. In fact, one recommendation I would give the management is to take better pictures of the property as the real experience is much better than what I expected from the pictures. I found this a real gem in Florence which was also reasonably priced as compared to the exorbitant prices around the center.
