Very beautiful room. Great location. Friendly staff. There were a lot of stairs.

I loved the vintage vibe. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. I would definitely stay again and plan to recommend this little hotel to anyone who is traveling to Florence. Thank you! A little difficult to find, but we managed.

The only reason I did not give the property 10 stars was because you don’t get to pick which room you have/based on availability. I sent in a few of my favorites from online and didn’t get any of the options I sent which is fine but the rooms in the same categories do

The facility was very nice - the issue that we had was that it was not well marked and very difficult to find because of the lack of signage - we were very stressed trying to locate the hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the level of hospitality and it’s great location as a jumping off point - definitely need more prominent signage and more accurate pictures of the surroundings on the booking sites No signage

The interior design was interesting, but a bit too much color (Kindergarten feel)

I use a CPAP machine. Most hotels have complimentary water for such devices.

Beautiful building and well appointed rooms with great showers. Lovely roof top patio for cocktails and an outdoor patio for coffee on the 2nd floor. The staff were extremely helpful and the location was excellent. Delicious breakfast too.

Loved our stay. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. It was hard to find when we arrived in Florence, but location is perfect!

The double tubs were amazing. Once in a lifetime experience and will spoil all future hotels without two tubs. Everything was perfect. Of the four lodgings we booked for our trip this was by far the best. Really great hotel and then location is icing on top!

My stay was amazing, it truly feels like you're in your own little quiet space in the city while being very close to city center and everything you need to see. The breakfast each morning is great and the space is absolutely beautiful. Staff is so nice and welcoming, and even brought me a treat for my birthday at breakfast. The bathroom sometimes had a weird sewage smell coming from the shower/toilet. The bathroom was clean so I assume it was something with the sewage.

This is a very elegant hotel minutes from the center of Florence. You can walk everywhere and is very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I loved everything.

Charming palazzo converted into a hotel. The location can not be beat. Loved hight ceiling, large window and the room itself, bath in the room for a soak after all day walking was a huge plus (if you are in to that type of relaxation). Very friendly front desk.

This is a place that embodies the essence of Italian hospitality - where every detail is considered - my room was beautiful, eclectic, artistic- and so comfortable. All of the little "Stella" touches were thoughtful, and made me feel welcomed and cared for from the first step. The breakfast room itself is a work of art-and was a perfect start to a day of exploring Florence. Loved it.
