Great set-up in downtown Florence. Plenty of activities and points of interest, well-preserved historic character — and the hotel is in the middle of it. Walking downstairs for breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast is a nice bonus.

The hotel did not have a breakfast. I ate at a separate restaurant. I should have chosen a room with a window. That was my fault. I would advise anyone else to GET THE ROOM WITH A WINDOW!

The parking was street parking and it was not ideal having to lug those bags around for blocks. Overall its a nice place to stay - just not for my situation

The bathroom ceiling above shower was beginning to mold from a previous leak from above room. Also the AC unit had a slow drip as we were there a couple of days to notice the issues. I reported them to housekeeping staff and saw them noting issues. Super kind with additional waters and fresh towels as needed. Also brought us an air purifier. No compensation or offer to move us. Honestly, we were so busy enjoying the festival that we didn’t pursue it either.

Nice place to stay in downtown Florence. Very convenient central location. DON’T get a room on the front side of the hotel facing Court St. !! It sounds like a riot outside at 1:00 a.m. when the bars close.

Located in downtown with great access to restaurants, parks and entertainment. Parking deck wasn’t ideal but not expensive. Bed was too soft for our preference.

In town for Handy Festival. Hotel was in the middle of everything allowing walk to all events. The staff, the property, and the reasonable price made this a special place. Will definitely go back

The hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located downtown and it has restaurants and parking at walking distance.
