Room size is small

The only positive thing about this place is its location, which is reasonably close to the city center. This was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Calling this place a hotel is misleading—it feels much more like a student dormitory than a proper hotel. The room windows had no mosquito screens, so opening them meant letting mosquitoes and other insects into the room. There was no kettle to boil water, no complimentary drinking water, and even basic bathroom slippers were not provided. For the price charged, these are very basic amenities that should be expected. The breakfast was awful. The selection was extremely limited, the quality was poor, and there was almost nothing to eat. It was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have experienced. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and showed little interest in helping guests. Their attitude made the stay even more unpleasant. I was disappointed with almost everything. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Air conditioning was not cooling the room, was blowing only air.

Location and staff I like everything

The room doors are extremely thin, so you can hear absolutely everything happening in the corridor and in the neighbouring rooms. Getting a good night's sleep is almost impossible. The breakfast is also extremely basic, consisting mostly of heavily processed food of very poor quality. It was one of the most disappointing hotel breakfasts I have experienced. Attention to detail is virtually non-existent. For example, the room numbers are simply printed on ordinary paper and taped next to the doors, which gives the whole place a very temporary and unprofessional appearance. I also noticed there were no visible evacuation plans, something I would normally expect to see in accommodation of this type. The biggest issue, however, is the price. Considering the standard of the accommodation and the services provided, the rates are simply unreasonable. Overall, I cannot recommend staying here. There are undoubtedly much better options available for the same price.

The location was good. Near the city center. Batroom was clean. Room was small, it was hot and the air conditioner wasn't working. Breakfast was mediocre.

Mosquitos in room

Breakfast was very acceptable but not great. Very noisy road outside room. Very small bathroom. Noisy. Pillow and bed uncomfortable. Too far of a walk to Duomo and beyond.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. No noise from traffic :) The bed was of poor quality. Thin walls, not isolated for sound (we could hear talking from the neighbor room). We missed aircondition, but apparently no one in Florence are allowed to activate cold air on AC in this time of year, according to the staff. The breakfast was disappointing.

It was very cold and the radiators didn't work, the cleanliness left something to be desired and the staff made no effort to have an optimal temperature in the room.

The staff, reception was great. Amen helped very much, explained everything. Was much noise in the corridor and half of the neighbors were teenagers, they were doing a lot if noise, even at 23.00. The doors are very thin. The cushions were very uncomfortable, I didn't like them , they were very high,I couldn't sleep on them.

The location was great, bedroom and bathroom clean and comfortable. We stayed for 5 days and the food was exactly the same every day. The food was ok, bread, jam, boiled eggs, butter and croissant but not for every day.

Very nice facilities and good location. Close to city centre.
