This is my favorite place I've ever stayed. It is so beautiful and the ambience is exquisite. The hosts are the most knowledgeable, accommodating and kind people. The location could not be better. I cannot wait to return.

Our stay at this hotel is what made our visit to Florence 10x better! The location is perfect, everything is within a walkable distance. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and pretty.

The location is more than ideal; the staff were very helpful; the old building got high ceilings and good air circulation. I did not feel unbearably hot even when the temperature outside hit 99F. With the shared bathroom and common spaces, the place got the vibe of a home. I never have to wait in using the shared bathroom. The wash basin inside the room was a plus. I wish I could get a mug of strong coffee in the morning before heading out to explore.

The location was great, very central but also not overly noisy. No air conditioning, but they did provide us with a fan.
