Friendly staff, very clean, excellent room service and delicious breakfast, and only 5 minutes from the Firenze central train station Nothing to dislike

The stuff was really nice. The location is great, close to the train station and quick walk to the city center with the main attractions.

We only stayed here for 1 night but it exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel allowed us to do an early check in which was really great. The room was clean and cool especially during that heat wave. The front desk staff was really friendly, nice, and accommodating. We were supposed to check out before the actual breakfast time but she let us have some breakfast early before we leave which was very thoughtful. They were able to quickly reply to our emails regarding some of the questions we have during our stay. Lastly, the location was excellent. It was really close to the train station as well as to other great restaurants around the area. Overall, our stay here was great. Will definitely book with them again. Nothing

Our room was too small for 3 people room. They charged us for 3 bed style room but it was just regular couple size room. Bathroom was too tiny

It was a very convenient location. We were happy there was an elevator. The staff was so accommodating!!! We got in later than we thought, the girl at the desk was sooooo nice and walked us through everything. None

Room was hot the first night, but the window was not sealed/locked properly. After I realized this and it was locked tight, the next 2 nights were better.

Location and staff The room and the bathroom are small but for 1 person is ok!

Chose this place primarily due to location (near the train station - very close). The property was reasonably clean, easy to find, and fit our needs without breaking the bank. Breakfast was phenomenal, particularly the baked goods. Our host (I wish I could remember her name!) was wonderful and accommodating despite my broken Italian. The room was tight for four people, and the shower was a real squeeze (we're not large folks). The neighborhood, while reasonably safe, isn't remarkable - don't stay for the views. There's a lot of keying in/out/buzzers etc, which for a tired traveller can be daunting (you get used to it, though).

Close to the train station, so convenient for a super early train departure time. Staff was friendly Old instructions on how to enter on the door caused some confusion for me and I had to go to their sister property down the street for help.

The facilities are very clean. Breakfast in the morning is excellent. It’s a family business and you will not find better. Customer service. To say they’re friendly and helpful. Doesn’t begin to describe this place. Milo and his sons Antonio and Manuel are very special individuals. They are joy to be around.

Maria was welcoming and helpful. There is clear pride on the part of the employees. The breakfast offering was exceptional! The room was clean and the A/C worked! Rooftop was modest but enjoyable, with a lovely view. Very conveniently located to the train station and Mercado.
