Our room was clean and spacious enough for a couple with a toddler. Great location with several restaurants in the same street. We loved the breakfast buffet spread as well.

Location is perfect and very convenient for daily walks through the centre. We loved the room and the comfortable. Very quiet. You have the impression of being at home in the heart of Florence. Excellent host and great breakfast! Nothing

Friendly staff who checked us in gave us great recommendations- one of the most comfortable places we stayed in almost two week trip. Loved the set up of the space - and the morning coffee was terrific!

Location, peaceful surroundings and the staff ;They take ownership of your comfort and satisfaction, ensuring you leave with a lasting, positive impression rather than just treating your stay as another room booking The room is listed on the second floor it has an extra-long staircase, it really feels like the third floor.

Breakfast was only average. Not as nice as the room.

Everything was perfect, the room was large, very clean and located near the center (10 min walk).We were with our little girl (3 years old) and for her was great because it was really spacy and comfortable for children. We stayed for two nights and the hospitality was great , we hope yo visit Firenze again.

The location was perfect, so close to stores and shops and monuments, and an easy walk to the train station. The view onto the Florentine roofs is very romantic! And Valentino is a delightful host! (I wish we would have asked him more about his musical background though!)

1. Very good location -- minutes away from the train station, historic sites, restaurants and shopping. 2. Large, spacious, well equipped room overlooking the street (but no noise from below!). 3. Nice bathroom. 4. Comfortable bed with clean linen. 5. Very very helpful host. The climb up the stairs with 43 steps! (An elevator would have been nice ?) To be fair, though, it is in a very old building so maybe installing an elevator would be challenging.

We were very warmly welcomed and given lots of information about the city. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, the terrace was beautiful and a great additional space. Super close to the train station and reasonably quiet considering how central the apartment is located. Very secure also. Faultless.

Fantastic room in an excellent location. The property is within walking distance of the train station and all major attractions in Florence. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, La Sosta 111, which serves great food, as well as a nice sandwich place called La Bontà. The owner, Valentino, personally welcomed us at check-in and was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage both before check-in and for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful. The room was fully equipped with standard hotel-style amenities. The unit is professionally managed, well maintained, and very comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling to Florence. None

The host Valentino was very friendly. We were able to leave out bags and get them later after we explored the city. Great location! A few steps from the train station and close to all sightseeing. There was no breakfast, as included in the description. We didn’t mind it- great cafes right down the street.

The aparence of the hotel is an old one. Is too difficult to located because only have a small sign on the wall. No lights on halls, you have to do a lots of steps to find the interruptor. The room smells damp

The worker was so sweet and gave us recommendations where to go. Apartment was very spacious with a cute terrace

Absolute everything is great. The place is a short walk from the train station and close to the main attractions. The room is spacious, bright, well furnished and beautifully decorated. Our great host - Valentino stayed a bit late to welcome us and provided thorough introduction. When there's unexpected incident happened, the host was very responsive and tried to solve the issue as best as possible - though it meant Whatsapp is quite necessary for communications. Unfortunately the bed and sofa bed are both too soft to our preference.

The room was spacious and clean! Location was perfect Internet and AC were good Staff were very kind and nice welcoming I made a request of 2 twin beds and one queen bed but I didn't get my request.
