Hampton Inn Cincinnati Airport South

Amenities were clean and worked as expected. We used the airport shuttle. It was timely and helpful with luggage. They delivered us to our destination safely. Great location. Good value. Highly rated.

The breakfast hostess was awesome! She was willing to make my favorite but I declined.

There was no hand soap at the sink and we quickly ran out of tissues and toilet paper. They replaced all of these when we asked, but the room should have been well-stocked when we arrived and/or have backups already in the room. We discovered that our door didn't automatically latch when you leave or enter the room the way hotel doors are supposed to. You had to manually pull or push it hard for it to actually lock. Unsettling that someone could have walked into our room at any time until we figured this out. We reported this to the desk and they apologized, but honestly that's a big enough deal to me that I think money off or a voucher should have been offered.

Weekend getaway, perfect spot!

Nice clean room with good breakfast. Staff on checkin and evening shift very nice. Only issue was AC in room did not really cool efficiently. Did call the front desk and they sent someone up but he was unable to be helpful.

Great place to stay if you are going out of CVG. Shuttle available to take you to and from airport. You can leave your car parked on property for 50 dollars as an additional charge from your room.

Friendliest front staff I think I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. They were friendly at check in and check out. Other staff around the hotel were friendly also. We went to breakfast kind of late. It was a little lacking but it was fine.

Great Rooms & good breakfast!!

The staff were so nice and friendly. I loved that breakfast lasted until 10 AM and that checkout wasn't until noon. The blinds in my room were broken so that was kind of a bummer to not be able to have sunlight. Also the manager texted me twice to check on me, which was weird. Other than that would definitely stay there again.
