No human beings at the service counter. You need to use AI to check in. I don’t like talking to a TV set to check in and get my keys. One lady had a complete meltdown, cussing and swearing at that machine.

Nice decent stay! Clean and close to everything.

We settled in our room and eventually went to sleep. The juice machine didn't work in the morning, and breakfast didn't seem appealing. Over all we won't be back, but if we had to it would only be because of John.

For our brief stop on our long trip this was a good place to stay. It was clean, staff friendly, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was not too noisy. The bedside reading light was broken, the toilet/ shower room could use some work. Over all the price was right and The included breakfast was very convenient. It offered a little of everything. Overall for the price it was good. I would stay there again.

Started off with having to check in with a kiosk that did not have closed captioning, and it was really hard to make out what the person talking was saying. I’m not sure how this was classified as a hotel. The conditions would lead you to think that each room should have a door to the parking lot. I’ve never requested a room change before but this time we requested one due to brown substance on exterior of bed linen. (which was visually obvious without pulling the blanket blankets back.) the second room they put us in had a completely unmade bed the third room was better but had some short and curlies in the bathtub. Upstairs carpeting in the hallways looks like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. The highlight :The ice machine WORKED! The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous. I think some other hotel needs to recruit him. Expedia shame on you for allowing this to be one of your hotel options.

This is a cheap hotel run cheaply. The staff were kind and helpful. You have to use a kiosk to talk to somebody overnight. The cleaner used to maintain the spaces has a weird smell.

Breakfast was amazing ! Service pretty good

We stayed one night. The room was okay. The check in and out process was easy. There should be a little more attention to details when cleaning. There was still garbage on the floor from the previous people.

Everything was great

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included but decided to sleep in. Room was comfortable and convenient . Loved the price for what was included.
-
It was worth the price.

No elevator, so had to lift luggage up the stairs. Carpets on said stairs were filthy, we're not vacuumed once in the 5 days I stayed there. Breakfast wasn't very good, obvious that the same biscuits were used multiple days in a row.

Room and place in general could have been cleaner, there was a smell throughout which was kinda musty. Checkin was with a kiosk, not a person, which was weird. We attempted breakfast but it was not edible. Glad we were stopping through for a few hours of sleep only, would not have wanted to be there any longer.

No real person at desk.....hated the damn kiosk

The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and demanded there money back and checked out of the hotel due to the smell in their room. the carpet in the hallways were heavily stained and rotted and looked like there where burn marks in patches of it. We were a group of 10 that checked in and 5 of our rooms were unfit to be slept in and they had to be changed to rooms that "didn't smell as bad" Overall the hotel is disgusting. they advertised a pool as well and the pool was drained and out of service. you get what you pay for as this hotel is definitely cheap. if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night as we were and don't mind playing "Room roulette" as you try and find a room that is habitable then it's fine but definetly ask to see the rooms before you check in. if I could give it a 0 I would but a 1 is about all I can give

Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was it appeared they particle in the no mow may with the grass coming up past well beyond my ankle. The check in was kiosk with a guy named Ace who was super helpful but sometimes the connection would be buggy and I’d miss words he said. The overall room was clean until you looked at the details. A sticky spot on the carpet and the AC hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long with dust and debris inside of it. The hallways had water damage on the tiles.

The room smelled like feet an the bed had poop stains

Hotel was fine, rooms were nice. The pool was closed in June so that was a bummer for the kids. Overall I would recommend staying here

A good hotel in a very nice area. Welcoming front desk staff was excellent. Hotel has been renovated many times but is clean and well-kept. Rooms seem to be all on one floor, which is convenient except for the very long hallways. Rooms are clean except our TV didn’t work. Breakfast seemed to shut down a bit early. Otherwise a nice hotel. I would add a star if I get the $100 deposit back
