Nothing From the outside, it doesn’t look horrifying, but also doesn’t look great. The outside of the rooms area was dimly lit and the air conditioners were leaking onto the walkway. Upon entering the room, there was a disgusting smell, almost no lights that worked, stains of mold, mildew, and dirt covered every surface, including the walls. As I was turning around to walk out, I saw a roach on the wall. We immediately went back to the front desk and the woman wasn’t even surprised when I said there was no way I could stay here. I am disgusted that this property is on Booking.com with the photos provided. That is not the hotel. I arrived at last night. I am still waiting for a contact back from Booking.com.

I like the location, the restaurant, and the staff I always ask for non smoking but the room smell like it was smoked in, also my husband saw a cigarettes butt and a live roach climb the wall behind night stand on the floor,

The area was good because a lot of things were nearby. The spiders, roaches, and dealing with some of the staff. The fact that the door is locked and you have to ring the night bell to get ice or a soda out of the machines. When you ring the night bell some of the workers seem like they have an attitude. If its that much of a hassle leave the door unlocked so we dont bother yall. There are more spiders than customers some of them are huge. When using the microwave we got shocked when touching the microwave to open it. Some workers are nice others have a attitude and dont even knock on the door to get towels so we started leaving them outside the door. During the start of the second week of us being here we were asked if we were going to be leaving and we told her we paid for a month we were confused was there some kinda mix up with the information somewhere.

I like absolutely nothing I did not like the fact that the pool was only open two days out of the 6 days that I was there we had cockroaches in our room we could never get clean towels the location was awful it's nothing but trash and it's not a kid friendly facility

Nothing! Even the person at the front desk looked shifty! We did NOT stay the night; the rooms were filthy, reeked of cigarettes and weed, the toilet paper holders were broken, there were dead flies all over the room and the carpet was covered with stains.

Im not sure if its the heat or location, but we had bugs in the room. They were always on the walls, floors & other surfaces. There were doors slamming at 2am and what sounded like basketballs being bounced up and down, passed our room throughout all hours of the night. Staff was amazing at accommodation when we asked for what we needed. Staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful. The bugs. The noise throughout all hours of the night.

Our room smelled like mold and cigarettes. It was a no smoking room. The place is very worn down and outdated. The staff was very nice even though the motel was not.
