We had a clean room staff was friendly and helpful to our stay air conditioning was great in our room.

Floors were redone n nothing got broken into 1st 15min staff arguing with plp who stay there it looked like for good,drunk lady hit someone's car just backing out...took shower with a roach n plp talking super loud allllllll night outside (I prob got the bad side of the hotel lol just my luck)...and there indian staff guy at front desk was no help actually made things worst

The room was dirty, we ask for non smoking and we ended up with all our clothing smelling like a giant cigarette. There people partying all night. People running and screaming outside the room. Trash around property. The security lock at the door wasn’t properly secured.

Disappointing

That they accommodated me with a low level room instead of an upstairs room I’m greatful for that. That the towels had dark spots on wash cloth and they were off white instead of white . Also only face soap was available to wash with and no body soap was available….along with hair located on the walls of the shower. The sheets had burnt cigarette holes in it…everything else was great!!!
