I enjoyed staying here. This is a much-needed rest after a long road trip they even provide provided earplugs for rest.

Great place to stay downtown Florence, would definitely stay there again. I love the downtown location and cleanliness of the property. Our bathroom vanity could use replacement but other than that, it was a very pleasurable stay!

The room was damp and musty as was the air conditioning.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff very friendly and helpful. Exhaust fan didn't work in bathroom. Bathroom door would not shut completely. Very limited tv. Linens very stiff. Super small weird pillows. Towels kinda scratchy. Fridge not very cold and no microwave as advertised. It was very clean though.

It was my first time staying here and I loved it. This will definitely be my go to whenever I stay out of town. Friendly staff, great room service, and the food is great as well and convenient.

We stayed here for one night to break up the drive down the east coast into 2 installments. I loved the location in the downtown area with several restaurants and bars to choose from in very short walking distance. The downtown area was also relatively clean and well kept. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed and pillows were one of the more comfortable hotel sleeping setups we have had. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful and parking for a minuscule $5 fee was conveniently located right across the street in a secured lot. 10/10 would stay again.

I like Hyatt Place breakfasts. They're always a bit better than other moderately priced chain hotels. Keep up the good work. I LOVE the location. It makes me want to come back and spend more time in your little downtown of Florence SC.

The staff was outstanding from the front desk, cafeteria ,Starbucks to housecleaning,they were all a different class. Very charming in the location downtown Florence,SC the pool wasn’t available due to chlorine treatment was the only disappointment. The staff went out of their way to make our stay great!

Checked into room on 3rd floor, unfortunately had a bad mold isse and the bed was damp. Got relocated to another room, not as bad mold but noisy AC unit. Got transferred to 5th floor room. No issues. Staff was very helpful resolving the issue. Trains a little noisy-hence earplugs in rooms.
