The location is nearby the main attraction to the city of Florence . The owner/s are really gentle and cordial . Place with a good range price with all the basics necessities .

Clean room in nice apartment (hard to name this place a hotel), good and helpful staff, limited parking slots available Little bit far from historic center

Mark was the best. Great customer service. He was pkeasant and attentive. The owner over reacted when I questioned the city tax because I was confused with those taxes. It is my first time I Italy and I understood that I had paid that. He does not know how to treat customers. Very disrespectful, especially to a woman. I will never return.

Grocery store right behind the apartment that was convenient. Farmers market only a few blocks away.

Great place on the other side of the river but close to town. E-bike ride is about 10 minutes, walk is about 30 minutes. Clean and charming. The owner is fantastic and the communication was terrific. Little supermarket behind the building-very convenient and excellent coffee shop on the corner. Will stay again if we come back to Florence.

I liked the little shops and the neighborhood but I am thinking most tourists would find it too far from most of the sites It was extremely walkable but if you don’t want to walk so much to be away from the crowds and want to be in the centre you should probably stay on the other side of the river The only issue was the drive back to the train station as the streets were sooooo busy we almost missed our train, but it also reconfirmed that we made the right choice to stay away from the crowds by staying where we did

While it is a private bathroom, it’s not in the room so it’s a short walk from the room.

The host is impeccable and made the whole stay even more pleasant, thanks to his perfect attitude.

The place was clean,the bad was comfortable,the shower and toilet were clean. The connection with Owner was easy. The place has excellent condition to Pitti Plazzo and Natural Hist.museum. The city Must Put the bumpers on the Road!these motorcycles forget they drive in the city!!

Luigi was a a wonderful host. Early check-in, flexibility and wonderful recommendations for breakfast and dinner. The premises are very clean but needs a little love and care in maintenance.

Far from main city attractions, I wouldn't recommend it to someone who doesn't or cannot walk medium to far distances. Also, at one point we were cold at night, it would have been nicer if we had some warmer blankets (those for winter). We absolutely needed something for our feet during our stay in the room, it would have been better to have disposable slippers, we had to step everytime with our shoes everywhere.

Hotel host, Luigi, saved our holiday in beautiful Florenze. He help us to get our lost luggages back. We can't thank him enough. Room was fine, bus stop and supermarket near. Excellent journey.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm and good. Very detailed information of check in procedure.
