Not to far from main city centre, free water which was great during the heatwave and fairly priced. Also has a security door which makes you feel secure which can only be opened with a keycard.

The hotel is excellent in every aspect: close to the main train terminus, it offers quietude, cleanness, and comfort. The rooms are spacious, luminous, and well equiped. Above all, the staff shows kindness, and professionalism. The credit cards reader has not worked once.

Location The hotel was clean and in a great location, which were definitely positives. Unfortunately, our stay was really disappointing because the air conditioning wasn’t working during our visit. The room was extremely warm and, as a result, we barely slept at all. This was particularly frustrating after travelling and looking forward to a comfortable night’s sleep. We were genuinely devastated, as it had a big impact on our overall experience. It’s a shame because the hotel itself was lovely and the location was ideal, but having a room that was far too hot to sleep in really let the stay down. I would hope this issue is resolved for future guests.

Towels! They need new towels desperately.

The room was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Everything seemed carefully thought through, from the Nespresso machine to the bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The location was excellent for us: close to the bridge and central, but still in a peaceful and pleasant neighbourhood. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the main sights, but the city is so beautiful that the walk itself feels like sightseeing. The hotel was also very quiet, and the staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. There was nothing I particularly disliked. We noticed one or two small insects, possibly because of the summer heat or the ventilation, but this did not affect our stay.

We book this hotel every time we travel through Florence. We love the minimalist and elegant design of the rooms, the color scheme, the thick robes and the refrigerator with water and amenities. This time the bathroom was a bit smaller than the room we usually stay at. The staff is always professional and helpful. The one drawback is the 2 sets of stairs to get inside, we always have suitcases, we wish there was a way to get our luggage inside without having to lift them. This is our preferred hotel in Florence.

It was a very good and clean place, especially for Europe. Would 100% rebook next time Was a bit of a distance walk to the town centre
