The staff were pleasant. I could not watch tv, du to internet issue. I contacted the staff. I was told maintenance was not available. The breakfast was good.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall quality of the room, and it was almost like new. It would have been great if the front desk would have warned me about the ice machine not working.

The front desk person was polite and helped us with the cancellation. Facility wise, there was nothing to like. The entire place was dirty from the parking lot to the room. My room in particular had clothes that someone had left behind. The bathrooms were disgusting, the entire room smelled moldy. We literally walked into the room, saw the conditions and walked straight to the front desk to cancel our reservation.
