The location was great. The mattress and pillows were very good. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive. I liked that it was staffed 24 hrs. It's nothing I didn't like just some issues we had. Our key card for the door didn't work upon arrival. The receptionist changed the batteries thinking it was that. We didn't try it again until we came back late in the evening only to find it still wasn't working. Another receptionist in for the evening gave us the keys so we were able to use them the rest of our visit Also, the AC in the room didn't work when we first arrived. We thought maybe we didn't let it run long enough becatwe went out pretty soon after we arrived. We turned it in again when we got back into the room and it definitely didn't work. Luckily the weather was cool so we were able to keep the doors and window open. If it had been hot I would have said something immediately.
