Right in the centre of the city - easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. Room was tight for a family of four. They have bigger rooms so perhaps booking one of those rooms would be better for our family.

It was right in the heart of Florina. Walking distance to everything that you could possibly want. The taverna upstairs is amazing by far and you have to go to Friday Saturday DJ night lots of fun great music.. Some of the beds were hard , and the breakfast buffet was a little bland. No change and a little variety. Although the Greek yoghurt was great.

The location and staff are excellent. The beds are very bad (at least that's how it was in our room), and the breakfast was stale in some parts.

Very, very friendly and nice staff. Excellent location in the city center. Quality food at breakfast and excellent rooftop bar. It could use some more cleaning. It is a bit old and that is easy to see. Breakfast selection was a bit limited. Quality was fine, but could use more variety.

I booked this for my father and he loved the central downtown location and ability to walk out the door and go everywhere. He said the staff was incredible, breakfast was great and he is from Florina himself. Thank you for taking care of him!! Presidential suite is the way to go. Anne Marie

Centrally located in the town Some rooms are renovated with showers but my room wasn’t and had a a bathtub with shower head over the top, I had trouble climbing in & out of the tub & nearly slipped on the first day of use. I asked for a non slip mat which was provided. Breakfast could be improved.

The location was great, parking was easy and the staff were nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the views were great. We were in a Presidential Suite. The bathroom was very old and left a lot to be desired. The hand held shower had no hook up, point so it made showering very awkward. The carpet could be replaced. There were a lot of stains.
