Location maybe Our room was incredibly dirty, with spider webs and clumps of dust everywhere. The walls were stained, and the furniture was scratched and dirty. There was a sewage smell throughout the property. We could hear every word and noise coming from the neighboring room because of the poor sound insulation. At the reception, there was a picture depicting a burned Star of David, which we found deeply disturbing.

The breakfast we liked a lot.

Really friendly host. Open for custom requests. Normally i am not that sensitive to noise and use ear plugs. But room neighbour and street were quite loud.

Hmmm … Rooms must be with AC. The windows better sound proof the Estate is on a main street and in sommer is hot so windows muss be opened. Street is with heavy traffic and loud. So no sleep. There where some spiderwebs with spiders on them. There is much that can and should be done.

Quite a way out of Verbania and based on the main road so very noisy. Only one pillow provided. Owner very helpful getting us a restaurant booking in town. No A/C in the room. Across from a nature reserve which was lovely for walks down to the lake. Breakfast basic. Nice little balcony but noisy. Noisy and no A/C. Could not find anyone to get another pillow - staff seemed to have disappeared. No parking.

The kindness of the owner, that gave us a lot of information about what to see and where to eat. The location of the place, and the free parking very close to it. The room was big and had a very big terrace.

they should cleen more often the wooden ceiling beams in the rooms. Wifi has some problems.
