The location I checked in took the wrong lift, found my self on the second floor room 208 went in it was ibis style. From Novotel you can walk in to ibis vice versa. I was surprised to see the room and toilet with ibs style I called the reception I told the lady I booked novotel why did I find myself in ibis room? She said oh you took the wrong lift come down. I replied to her you didn't tell me where to go this is an open space beside this is my first time to come to this hotel. I came back to the reception I asked her how come novotel card can open ibis room and I put the card to get light inside. She replied I don't know, She then said they will let the engineer know. I was really scared because there is no security measure if novotel card can open ibis room then any card can open any room. She directed me to the correct lift I used the same card to get into novotel room. I have share the 2 rooms difference to see the pictures of ibis style room and Novotel room.

Food / breakfast was okay. Other than that, nothing to like really. Room was small, the AC was set to heating mode and could not be turned on to cooling mode. Even though I asked for a table fan, I wasn’t provided one. Overall cleanliness could have been much better.

We can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and attentive to every need. We loved our suite with 2 rooms and pull out sleeper sofa. The restaurant and bar onsite were great and affordable. The RER A line is around the corner so a quick 15 minute train into Paris centre. A large shopping mall across the street with everything you need and lots of small local restaurants near by.

The staff were kind and helpful, the location is very good close to the transportation They allowing the dogs , the rooms smell like dogs ?and it causes allergies to me as I have eczema
