Very nice stay and I appreciate the staff accommodating us after out previous hotel canceled due to flooding
-
Very Old property with Faul carpet smell. very expensive for 200$ price tag, almost a Motel like feel.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The room had a fireplace but because it's summer I enjoyed the A/C. I found nothing in disrepair. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again

We had a great one night stay. The staff was very helpful, and we were even allowed to check in an hour early!

We booked here because of the indoor pool and spa. Our grandkids lived there pool but it certainly needs cleaning/maintenance and the spa was very hot with no way to regulate it. We were there in the evening and the interior lights weren’t on. The room was decent but the mattress was absolutely one of the worst. Very uncomfortable, no support. There was also no working exhaust in the small ex/shower room. Free breakfast was one Star. They did have free water and coffee accessible in the lobby. It is convenient to Fort Collins and Windsor which was another reason we chose it. The staff was great though. Hope they do some upgrades to the beds. We would stay here if they did.

The staff members we came to contact with, including every shift, change day and night were all wonderful, very helpful, accommodating, and very welcoming. Patrick specifically was very helpful with navigating my request for a larger suite in between our stay. The breakfast that was provided was also very delicious. The pool and hot tub area is very relaxing and warm. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed here for just one night and went to RMNP the next morning. Nothing fancy but was a good stop for our family and the kids loved the breakfast before hiking for the day. Only about an hour drive to get to RMNP.

Everything was amazing. Fantastic staff. Clean. Good breakfast. My only complaint would be that it was super hot in our room. The thermostat had been set at around 82 degrees on an already toasty day outside. We opened the windows and turned down the thermostat and left for dinner. But when we returned, it was still very hot in the room. We couldn't get the air conditioner to work, so we asked the guy at the front desk to come help us out, and he was able to reset the air conditioner. Although it wasn't really a big deal and was addressed and fixed promptly, it was very unpleasant to walk into a hot room and wait for it to cool off.

Room was okay. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was okay. Hot tub was broken.

Unfortunate that I write this because I stayed here years ago and it was not like this. Room was dirty and the manager was incredibly rude and belittling. Until new staff is hired or people change their attitude you're better off staying somewhere else.

We had ants in our bathroom. Our shower drain slowed down to slow. They told us it was probably hair in the shower. In four night , I don't think we shed that much hair and the shower curtain wouldn't stay put. When we checked out and they asked us how our stay was,I said do you want the truth and she said yes. When I told her how we felt about our stay. They got very short with us. Said we were there 4 nights and never said anything. Im not sure who she wanted us to talk to. They spent more time in other places than the front desk. When we left I said I would never stay there again. And Patrick made a snide comment as we walked out. I said I would be writing a review and he said good make sure you spell my name right. It's Patrick and then made sure to spell it for me. The 2 people that were at the desk were very rude Instead of listening they were making excuses . The furniture in the lobby was so old that when you sat on them you couldn't hardly get out. We will never stay there again. By the reviews that were on Expedia I felt it was a nice hotel and the photos showed it as a nice hotel. Not so much.
