Location is the best - and the staff are super nice The bar at the pool was mostly close and gym was not open or no longer in service

The staff was brilliant. The room was perfect. It was spacious, quiet and cool. The pool was amazing. The beach is only about a block away. This might be the crown jewel of North Fort Lauderdale Beach.

I enjoyed my stay there. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The three pools were great. Very close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

Been here a couple of times now, the pools are nice and the property is well maintained. Most of the front desk people have been way more than helpful. The king size rooms sometime have an issue staying cold with the Florida heat, but other than that I’m satisfied.

Having access to coffee/sanchwich/bakery shops within walking distance was awesome. Parking was also great

The room was a bit rundown. The night stand boxes were separating from wall and dirty.Stains on walls and ceiling. I booked because they showed a great bar area where you could get some light food and it was closed. The location was very good.

Exceptional

Every thing was absolutely perfect!! Clean, welcoming staff, child friendly, close to the ocean but far enough that the loud A1A cars were not bothering my sleep. We will be back 1000% thank you Royal Palms Resort & Spa!!

The area itself is amazing, there’s plenty of little cafes and stores steps away and the beach is about a five minute walk from the property. Very happy with our stay here and would absolutely go back!

Hotel was just that. Room with two beds and bath. No elevators and lots of stairs. No food service close bye, no breakfast service. Clean with comfortable beds.

Location: Amazing. Super close to the beach, hidden galleries and fruit and coffee shops Property: adorable, love how it feels like an adventure and maze to get to the other 2 pools. Adore the seating areas. Very cute and zen like Rooms: rooms have a very retro vibe to it. Super cute, love the vibe and decoration. Minimalist, clean, and beachy like. Staff: supremely nice staff. Incredibly helpful, incredibly friendly. Loved the attention given to us. Parking: always parking available so appreciate that. Amenities: stocked with toiletries and shampoo, conditioner snd body wash. Very handy in case you didn’t bring and in an ample size compared to what is usually offered at other hotels. So definitely a plus plus! Love the shower by the pool to wash off the chlorine. Nice touch and extra detail. Appreciate that. Room: the shower was missing the glass door but won’t ding them since it may be part of the modern design but it is inconvenient No actual dresser available or way to charge your phone from your night stand. No cabinets in night stands since it was a floating cube. Nothing else. As mentioned this little hotel is absolutely the bomb

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and 3 nice pools. Staff was very helpful. Room was a good size. Bathroom and sink area was a little small but the rain shower was nice and the towels were soft. Be warned that Only some of the gates surrounding the property open from the outside so when parking and bringing in luggage be sure to ask which ones open. We were not told and we were standing in the rain with our luggage trying to get in and had to call the help desk.

Royal Palms is very well situated. Close to a few eating spots. Including breakfast. 2 blocks from the beach, walking distance. The room was cleaned everyday. Very spacious. Will be going back next vacation

Location fine rooms good the receptionist is a superman he had to carry suitcases run reception and I’m sure he was helping the service staff doing the rooms. Incredible well done No lifts outside of property / stairs needs updating shame little investment could make it very trendy
