This particular room needs some upgrades lacking cleanliness sofa-bed staff was polite attentive

One of the guest rooms was not properly cleaned but we were accomdated and move to new rooms

We booked this hotel because they had an EV charger. We found out it did not work when we tried to use it. The front desk person was unconcerned about how this was impacting our stay or offer to help find an alternative. We requested to talk to the manager who never responded. Do not recommend staying here if you have an EV or if you expect staff to respond to your concerns. Otherwise the room and breakfast were fine.

My first time staying at that brand hotel and I was very impressed.

The one and only con …. The A/C unit did not work properly and at times was quite noisy. Since I am somewhat mechanically inclined, i was able to fix the problem temporarily. Not the end of the world , just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise we would have given a five star rating.

No pool available, they suggested that travel to another hotel to use theirs… so very inconvenient! Room was clean but not a deep clean. Bed and sheets very clean but surrounding area still needed some deep cleaning. They didn’t open the cabinets so I came across a dirty full of food pot. If they had done a deep cleaning the would have found it! On the 3 floor with both my husband and I with medical conditions and a lil granddaughter the elevator breaks down smh! Woke up with my concerns and the manager was very accommodating upgraded us to the suite which again was clean, but not deep cleaned around they focus more on the beds still no pool breakfast was very basic. The waffle was fresh, which was the star of the breakfast area.. the church across the street if you are a Christian non-denominational it’s a great place to visit. I had an awesome time visiting there. It’s called freedom church. The barbecue area in relax area are open to the parking lot so there’s really no relaxation no pool no relaxation dear so overall I had to leave the premises to find some type of relaxation. If you are just going there to sleep, the beds are very clean remember surrounding areas are not deep clean so they’re still full of dust and you can tell they were not completely wiped down. Breakfast is very basic watery eggs breakfast meat on the cheap version. Waffles was very good because they were made fresh.

This location is extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and professional. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

Good customer service , great breakfast, room clean but needs a little maintenance

1 elevator as 1 was down. No pool which wasn't disclosed until i asked where the pool was & gym was closed also told sorry no maintenance here today. Im sorry i have been in hospitality for 19 years. Totally unacceptable, every person you asked gave a different answer. Sad part is NO ONE was told you could swim 4 miles down the road. Of course i go but a big inconvenience when you have to get in car wet etc. People i meet at breakfast was like you know the pool is closed right as we were dressed for pool. They told no one of course i knew to ask. For a july 4th weekend very disappointing. Also, the way my sofa looked i wouldn't let my granddaughter use it. I desk clerk was totally awesome!

Room hot, had to move to another hot room, elevators broke. Both of them. Pool had no water.

Low water pressure, did not get room cleaned not sure if it was because it was the Fourth of July. Nice room breakfast was good and ac in room was great

Upon arrival the elevator was out of order. The staff did give me a first floor room which was accommodating. The gym on the other hand, was basically inoperable, the machines need major repairs. There was no housekeeping during our stay we had to keep calling to ask for things and were told they were gone for the day which is ridiculous when it was like 12 noon.

Great hotel with friendly staff

The rooms thermostat is controlled by motion. This made the check in experience a bit uncomfortable. I was not told about this on check in and my room was 78 degrees. It only went down a degree in one hour and it was very humid in the room. I asked to change and the attendant was super helpful and we were able to change and the second room was still warm when arriving but cooled down way better than the first. Room was very cozy and roomy. I was disappointed that pool was out of order. Also the elevators were out of order and sometimes worked. They did have people working on the elevators both days we were there but having to bring luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs was frustrating to say the least. There was plenty of parking and the outdoor lounge area was so nice! The gym was very well equipped and clean. Loved having breakfast it was well stocked and clean. Front desk associates were very very helpful!

The pool wasn’t working the elevator both were broken. For the whole stay had to use the stairs. Rheumatoid arthritis doesn’t work well with stairs. However the staff was excellent
