This oceanfront, family-owned resort is located in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Features include 3 beach-view restaurants, 7 beach bars with specialty tropical cocktails, and a heated outdoor pool. All guestrooms include a private balcony with ocean views and an indoor seating area with a sofa bed. A microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine are also provided. Rooms were clean, the staff is very friendly and the resort is the perfect location!!! A lot of restaurants and walking distance for a lot of other things. It was perfect.

Our only complaint is avoid 2nd floor center rooms as the AC units run full time and noisy for sleeping as well as laundry center located thee with extreme heat. You will not be disappointed!

The staff were all friendly & helpful. The restaurants have lots to choose from & everything was outstanding!! The beach view was everything I was hoping for!!! The beach sand was fluffy & soft & the guys who handle it take care of making it always look pretty! My only complaint would be they start the loud music way too early in the morning at 9:00. It’s a shame because then you can’t hear the beautiful ocean tide. I get if it was spring break but it’s not. They should respect the morning & not start it until at least 11:00am. Beds were comfy but pillows were cheap & horrible. Also bring your own shampoo & conditioner. Whatever they have in the shower isn’t quality. All in all I’d go back for the views alone!

Everything was wonderful except you are paying a resort fee and renting chairs and umbrellas for a so called “private beach” that is the furthest from private. People just walk on bringing their own big umbrellas (blocking the sun) their own chairs not having to pay a resort fee. It’s really not private so if that’s what you’re looking for definitely go elsewhere. Staff was great, Gracie’s the Italian restaurant is unbelievable not to mention we had the best waiter Parker! If you want delicious food and wonderful service I highly suggest this establishment.

I’m an avid visitor of the once beautiful Lani Kai Beach Resort. However, my recent visit was not up to par. Even with the “make my room” placard hung on the door, I had to make my room each day myself. I had to request towels and wash clothes each day and never received them. I could go on and on but I’ll never return so this is it for now.

After the hurricane they refurbished it very nicely keeping the old Florida vibe!
