The staff was helpful and everything was really clean

The design of the place has enormous potential, however the management is the worst I've ever seen. The carpets throughout the hallways are extremely stained with God only knows what considering pets are allowed, stains that have obviously set in. The only fix now is replacement. The manager is nothing short of a joke, seemingly racist towards black people, falsely accusing my family of smoking marijuana simply because someone claimed to have smelled it on the 3rd floor, as if THE BLACK FAMILY had to be the ones smoking. Even standing at the opened door, not smelling a thing, she called the police, forcing us to leave the next day. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in all of my 62 years on earth! I will NEVER forget how hurt and embarrassed I felt for my DISABLED, WHEELCHAIR BOUND WIFE and our daughter. The way we were treated by the manager!!!!

The only thing we liked was three employee, and the actual size of the room. The Manager, She accused us of SMOKING WEED! Even after standing in our opened door, not actually smelling anything, because WE WERE NOT SMOKING! She called the police and we had to check out the following morning, not that we would've spent one more penny where we were treated so poorly. Not to mention how the ordeal aggravated my wife, she has Multiple Sclerosis and a Seizure disorder. We should have NEVER settled when we saw checked in on day one, but we had no choice after relocating to Fort Myers then turning in our U-haul' NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Quite room was clean check went smooth

Location The manager, she seems arrogant, racist, and extremely uncomfortable with black men. She accused my family of smoking marijuana in the room even though she stood in the doorway with her staff member and didn't smell a thing. Someone supposedly complained about the smell of marijuana and she came directly to THE BLACK PEOPLE.

Just the location The manager obviously has a problem with black people. We would have never stayed as long as we did (3 weeks) if not for a lack of transportation at the moment.

Excellent safe feeling location, our room nicely was redone. Great deal for the money. This is an old hotel in need of major common space updates and care but the location is good. Staff (Erica) was fantastic. Reads more like a workman’s extended stay than a vacation hotel.

It was close to people we were visiting and grocery stores Kitchen didn't really have necessary utensils like spoons or sufficient glassware. Couldn't find any cooking utensils. In general things were well used. It was in better shape last time we stayed there years ago.

Our suite was very clean. The front office staff was the most polite and helpful staff. The 2 bedroom suite was ample enough for our family.

A cheap but good place to stay. Friendly staff.

The room is the equivalent of a nice one bedroom apartment, which was an absolute great surprise! If we have to, we'll happily stay a year or so! Most of the staff is absolutely accomadating, however there's one individual that really needs to take a course on how to present himself as an employee in the HOSPITALITY industry, and learn not to be so disrespectfully arrogant, saying thing to offend and seemingly not caring at all, as if this is the only place where American currency is accepted.
