We were having an issue with our credit card at check-in but Marguerite patiently walked us through the process to resolve our problem. We're so grateful to her!

Close to Millers was nice The breakfast was not what we expected. They had a nice bistro but that wasn’t included just a fruit cup and a few other items

There was no hot water in our room. My daughters family was in another room and the sink was clogged and filthy.

From the staff to the GM my experience was very exemplary. I wanted some tea late in the evening and even though the restaurant was closed, the GM went and made me a cup himself. That is service👌.

Standard hotel like many in the USA. Starbucks Coffee for breakfast is a nice option (pay yourself). Carpets everywhere, while a standard in the past, it is more hygienical to have tiles or wood on the floor
