Hotel was great, staff were great but the gym needs work and there isn’t a business center which should be removed from the hotel listing.

Room 110 Too noisy from laundry room

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I have had no problem with it. Its is quiet and kept well.

There is no front desk clerk. You check in through a kiosk. It was easy and quick, but if there had been an issue, it would have been hard to resolve without a human interaction.

The property and hotel itself were fine. However, check-in time is 3 pm and prior to arrival, at 4:12 pm, an email was sent to me, that I did not get until AFTER I checked in because I do not constantly check my email on my phone, that my room had been changed from what I had reserved. It went from a king size bed to two queen beds without my approval nor even a phone call. No reason except it simply “had been changed.” Be wary if you reserve here, you may not get what you actually wanted or paid for. While the hotel is nice, I personally will never reserve here again just due to non-courtesy.

I had a clean time there just need breakfast foods like actual cooked eggs and more breakfast than just a lot of bread products that a lot of people can't eat because of yeast. Overall it was nice

Main complaint: automated check in inefficient, cumbersome and frustrating. No hot water throughout the stay Breakfast poorly set up and serviced by hotel staff. Both days of the stay no hot plates, no milk for cereal or hot water for oatmeal. Coffee maker inefficient. Place has potential but not with current management
