Deodorant the hotel was not there too check in. Had to ask another guest to find him on the property to get him to come to the office. Upon Arriving at the office he stated that she did not have any openings on the ground level and there was no elevator available for handicapped persons and wheelchairs which my mother has trouble walking and uses a wheelchair. He stated that he would cancel the booking for us and refund not paid on Expedia and have not received a refund yet.

They gave us a room not ready, went to front desk and no apologies just change rooms. Place is in bad shape. Front desk person not dress Appropriate. Is a horrible place.

The room was nice and clean and I had a do not disturb sign ready and available for usage and it was respected

Overall, everything was very clean. The only areas for improvement would be updating the shower curtains and doing a more thorough cleaning of the bathtub tiles. Other than that, it was a great experience.
