Amazing place to stay and relax , stunning location

Amenities were good, they try to upsell you to their 75 minute presentation which all of these places do which is super annoying—- but the lady we had check us in was OUTSTANDING with her service and had 0 pressure on us to do that- she was just happy we came to visit. LOVE the text updates and communication from the front staff, you feel valued and they are very quick to reply. The beach towels are free but supposedly have chips in them to prevent walk offs as they are pretty nice. Lots of “holds” for everything you get here on your card. As a consensus I asked my family of 4 who stayed, we all averaged out of 5 stars- 3.7 is what we landed on.

One bedroom villa balcony is small. Food ok Resort can be very pricey.

We stayed here from 8/13-8/17. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of all of the amenities because we were in town to visit family but we did love it! The views were amazing and the breakfast was perfect! We will be back!

The amenities were fantastic. We loved having easy access to the pools and beach, especially the adults-only pool. The included breakfast each morning was excellent, and we really enjoyed using the complimentary bikes one day. We also ate at the casual restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed our meals. The location was lovely, parking was convenient, and we felt the price was very reasonable for everything included. One tip for future guests: bring some cash/small bills for tipping. We didn't anticipate how many opportunities there would be to tip, including the beach chair/umbrella attendants and breakfast staff. This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast, and we were a little disappointed that the Gulf water wasn't as clear as we expected, but obviously that's not something the resort can control. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Everyone treated us so kindly, and we would absolutely stay at Pink Shell again!

Maravilloso lugar para descansar, disfrutar atardeceres, super limpio el personal amable y nada inteusivo, lo recomiendo 100%

Be careful of the curbs around the buildings and parking, they are various heights and can easily be misjudged. Other than that, had an awesome time. Will return. :). Dbt

We’ve traveled to so many places and this is the cleanest beach resort we’ve ever been to! We enjoyed the complimentary margs and cheese and crackers. Lunch at Bongos was really great! Try the Mahi tacos and don’t skip the pizza! Our dinner at Rae’s Italian was also a highlight! We all enjoyed the paddle boards and the folks helping on the beach were great! The morning breakfast was incredible! Seriously-the omelette bar was lovely and my daughter loved all the pastries! The servers were all top notch and took care of anything we could think of! The location was close to town on the island and we took the trolley to the grocery store which was cheap and convenient. I’d recommend Pink Shell to folks of all ages! Fort Myers is gorgeous and you can’t go wrong staying at this lovely resort! I also eant to note that the package with flights and accommodations for the four of us was a really great value!
