Just returned from a fabulous 5 night vacation at Pink Shell. Highly recommend. The kids loved the pool and the beach. Staff was fantastic. Convenient location, quiet. Room was spectacular, on the 9th floor with beautiful beach views. Can't wait to come back.

Our room was very clean and 99%of the staff were happy and helpful. They really did think of almost everything and our stay was comfortable. The only negatives were that we couldn’t pay cash anywhere on the property except at the front desk. We had to charge everything to our room and go to the front desk to pay it off in cash. The other thing was none of the elevators have air conditioning so if it was full it was an extremely uncomfortable ride.Both were minor annoyances and wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

Housekeeping opened the door to our room at 9a and asked when were going to checkout. They knocked again at about 10/10:30a for the same thing and I was annoyed because we had until 11a. We tried to get late checkout but were not allowed. The stay overall was pleasant. The buffet is not self serve. The eggs were pretty horrible. Would not recommend. Everything else was good. Our server Kyle I think his name was, was so wonderful. Going above and beyond be serve

The guest at the hotel were all very respectful and treated the property well, the only reason I add this is because we have been to resorts that mimic Daytona Spring Break :) sunsets were an added bonus.

I love that there was an adult only pool. The only inconvenience was having to walk to the main building to get beach towels or take them back. Also, I found the shower floor to be slippery. Being a senior, I would have appreciated a grab bar in the shower to feel more secure. All in all, we had a very nice time. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and convenient location. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning for Labor Day Weekend. Thank you for the room upgrade. It was an incredible surprise!

Great breakfast buffet. Adult pool appreciated. Enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. Always had clean towels available.
