Nothing it is for people who live in motels drinking in the parking lot people hanging out by the door no coffee pot as advertised no drinking cups by the sink you had to take your dirty towels to front desk between 4-8 very old beds everything was threadbare except the blinds if you wanted dishes for your kitchen you had to rent them for 30-40 dollars a week the smell was terrible Nothing

The staff really makes this place special. They listen to you and actually care. I love my kitchenette! Full size fridge, not those mini camper ones! I stay here a lot. The price can't be beat and everyone is friendly and respectful. I am a nomad since my Dear Mother passed. I feel very safe and cared for here. And I have my ESA Scottish Fold too!

Beds and TV My reservation was refunded then I had to pay they mistake wen I only have 200 for another week stay for 191 now the they asking me to pay they mistake and my booking wen I pay for weekly wen I get paid so now I'm scared bc now I'm homeless n without funds so please can someone please contact me ASAP for confirmation on booking Ravan Adams room 335

Very dirty and has roaches

I arrived and needed help, I came there from 24 hour road trip past midnight and needed staff help and they weren’t on the spot. There was a phone number to call and I did multiple times but it didn’t even go thru… the number doesent even exist.

there was no contact number to call to find out the latest check in time would be, I ended up there are 1030pm and there was no one at the front desk or rather front window, and the sign said open until 11pm but no one was there so I had to find another place to stay and they charged me already.

Nothing The hotel was full and my workers can’t stay I contacted you said contact the and the hotel said contact booking.com I need reimbursement soon as possible. Don’t booking if you are full

The pictures online was not how the room actually looked .

Nobody at desk ever. Didn't stay at all. I paid for 1 night yet when I got there they said they were all booked up. Absolutely no staff available to talk to about checking in

No effort in processing my refund after being told no rooms available at time of check in

There were police officers at the property, a strong smell of marijuana throughout the area, and people lingering outside, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The check-in process was frustrating because the key cards did not work properly, adding unnecessary stress after a long trip. The room was unacceptable. It was dirty, had a bad odor, and appeared poorly maintained. The overall condition gave us serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. This is not the standard anyone should expect when paying for a hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or travelers arriving at night. Based on my experience, the property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, security, and customer service. I hope management takes these complaints seriously because guests deserve a clean, safe, and properly maintained place to stay

Cuando llegamos al hotel todo estaba cerrado y sucio y no nos dejaron entrar a nuestro cuarto fue el peor lugar no lo recomiendo para nada, no nos quisieron renvolsar nada

What a f'ing Dump. No Amenities, No Staff. No Kidding.

When I arrived the sign on the door said hotel full call and get your money back....so please make sure I don't get charged !!!!!

The second room was better then the first they put us in Never got my 70 dollars refunded back to me and never got a reason why I never got my money back
