Lots of Bang for the Buck!! Room was modern and clean, spacious. 2-4 minute walk to the beach (Bring Chairs, Umbrella, maybe a wagon to carry everything) Beach was the highlight, isolated, beautiful water, soft sands. staff was responsive to requests, although only there 1-2 hours in the evening. Would stay there again!!

The room was clean and cute and has a nice beach vibe, quite cozy and a nice peaceful walk to the beach. My stay was quiet. Room for parking.. Balcony could use better maintenance

The room we stayed in (Room 11) was nice but the entrance door was bent at the bottom left (looking from the inside) and showed light through the cracks badly during the day. They have very nice blackout curtains and the beds were very comfortable, and a mini kitchen that had a cooktop, pots and pans, refrigerator etc. There is a $300 deposit you have to pay before you check in so make sure you can afford that. In room 11 we had a door that in the "kitchen" area that apparently connected to the next door room. We had neighbors next door that were arguing in the middle of the night but that's not something the staff could control as there was no apparent staff on premises. You check-in online and use a keypad code to enter the room. The location is nice but I would recommend you stay off the island and somewhere in-land to save money. I spent some time on the outside porch area at night and I was bitten by these bugs that were not mosquitos and very hard to see.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated nicely. We got a deluxe room with 2 beds. The room is on the smaller side and fine for 2 people. It would be tight for any more. The check in process was a little frustrating. We pulled up to the office and called the number in the door. They had no idea about my reservation and asked me what room I was in. I don’t know because we are checking in. I finally gave up with him and checked email which had my reservation. I wish the door codes were less digits as the long number is cumbersome to enter. Another customer had the same issue with the staff less check in. The tv remote did not work and we couldn’t easily use the tv. The coffee pot was unplugged and the plug is located behind the fridge, so we had to put the coffee pot in the floor by the bed to plug it in. There was only one small creamer package which was extremely old and not usable. On a positive note, the beds are super comfortable. The area is quiet and safe. The rooms are nicely decorated.

The room was very private and clean. There is no one on site, so you call a number to get a room code, the man on the phone was rude, and no personality. The room code to get in but no lock on the inside of door. When we returned from dinner, there was a woman in the bushes outside our room, on the phone talking about how she never got a code and all night, even when we left, there were suitcases and belongings in those bushes, in plain sight, right outside our room and close to my car- it was very unsettling, thankful to have my firearm. There were police just around the corner many of them and their dogs. It’s a quiet spot but less than 1/4 mile away is sketchy.. The 4.8 rating seems very falsified, the room was nice but that was all.

Nothing

Very good location for a relax weekend! Very very affordable and there a lot to do in the area! Other than the beach is 2 minutes walking!
-
It left me disappointed!

We are returning guests, loved the updated rooms. The location is great, love the beach! Called 4 times to get toilet paper. On check in we have one partial roll and 2 more partial rolls under the sink. We ran out, of course, and had to go out and buy toilet paper as we never received anymore. Tacky, not leaving a whole roll, but 2 used rolls. Bed was SO uncomfortable. TOO SOFT. One wash cloth was actually a rag. Bleach stained, gray and white, nasty thing. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

I didn't get my email as to the room entry code until after I arrived - not cool and very stressful. It eventually showed up that evening
-
Had our own space with individual patios to sit outside Good wifi Management was usually quick to respond to questions The initial check in was a slight hassle. We initially didn't receive our access code and had to wait to hear back before we could get into the room.

The property is off the beaten path but quiet and close to less busy beach areas. There is usually no office or staff personnel to check you in, so travelers need to be a bit tech savvy and watch emails as messages arrive with room information such as your bungalow room number and door code. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and furnishings. The AC worked well and was easy to adjust. I did miss having hand soap in the bathroom but everything else was nicely stocked and clean.

I enjoyed the front porch, quiet location. The shower handle wasn't working as normal. The web chairs on the porch were damaged. Couldn't understand the TV controls

There was nothjng there that i like

This is more like renting a studio in a multi-family site than a hotel or motel. No real amenities. You are basically renting a studio and you are less than a block away from the beach

Very basic room.No window, No microwave. Dirty floor
