Breakfast was not available the days I stayed. The bed was one of the hardest beds I've ever slept on. The pool was closed my entire stay. My room was entered by a staff member while I was laying in bed. Not a good experience at all.

Clean room, but odd as the room was quite empty with no wall art or office desk chair, just a bed, armchair, and dresser with the TV. Breakfast was adequate if you’re only looking for a quick bite to eat. The staff was helpful and friendly, and overall the property was quite nice. My only complaint is that the outdoor pool was closed, and when asked about it, the staff said it was due to not having a new health and safety check done on it.

The room, however, had several maintenance and design issues. The toilet seat was loose and slid around, so it definitely needs to be repaired. Some lamps weren’t plugged in because there weren’t enough electrical outlets where they were placed. The water pressure was low, and the hot water never got very warm. The room also had an odd layout. When you entered, you walked directly into the bedroom area with the TV. Farther into the room was a separate sitting area with a couch and a desk, but there was no TV or even a coffee table in that space. It looked like the hotel had been renovated to give it a more modern appearance, but the overall design and execution felt incomplete and not particularly well thought out.

Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The property looks a bit tired but the staff was pleasant and accommodating. We didn't get up for breakfast so I can't comment but we enjoyed the 11:00 checkout.

Great hotel. The area has lots of restaurants. Very easy to navigate. Clean property and room. Hot breakfast was great but needed yogurt. Coffee was good but needed to offer Splenda in addition to sugar and sweet n low. Otherwise, great place to stay.

The first room we were in the AC didn't work. They continued to book that room through the rest of our stay. The tv remote worked for channels but we had to control power and volume using the buttons in the tv. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, but the property is a little dated.

Clean rooms, bed was comfortable. I left too early to catch breakfast.

Modern, up-to-date feel. Rooms are clean (passed the white sock test), with exception of the cloth chair, which was a little worn, but fine. Did not hear any noise (3rd floor). (They only change towels every two days. contrary to sign in the bathroom that indicates it is daily.)
