Wyndham Fort Smith City Center

There were not enough soap and towels for two adults and two kids. The pool was great and there were plenty of towels there. The price was descent. We were under the impression the hotel would be closer to the interstate, but it was in what seemed to be a shady area of town, away from the interstate.

Our stay was good. This was 2nd time there for us but the AC was not working when we checked in but maintenance was able to fix it.

Unfortunately the property is running down it appears like a ghost property as no one is there. There was mold in the room and the property appeared dirty and room showers not functioning.

Expensive breakfast. Updating needed.

Awesome all around service from the staff. It’s been about 2 years since I have been in this hotel and it has definitely seen better days and would definitely use a revamp.

There was a random greasy handling on my headboard and a piece of torn condom wrapper on the floor. One of my pillows was noticeably browned a little.

Parking was a nightmare, some amenities listed we’re not available.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Wednesday night and checked out on Thursday morning. While the decor of the room was a bit dated, it was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being in such a large hotel. I can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't try it, but the staff was helpful answering our questions. Recommended (4 Stars).

Didn’t have refrigerator inside the room. Didn’t have trash can and trash bag. Not a good experience

There was black mold on the ceiling by the bathroom. In the middle of the night we ran across 3 huge German roaches. Over 4 inches long we had to kill. Freaked my children out. When I told front desk they just said "you prepaid so there is nothing we can do" There was supposed to be a breakfast buffet that I was willing to pay for but it was not available. Only an over priced menu with old coffee staff was great. Also a bar with no liquor license. This is not what I paid 260$ for at all.

Ice machine was broken on our floor

For a high price miles off of I 40 I expected a free breakfast - nope it was $17 for a continental breakfast. And more than one tiny bottle of shampoo for the two of us - how about two? And no refrigerator in the room. The icemaker on our floor didn't work. All that made it a very overpriced hotel for travelers on I 40.

Place is falling apart. Very bad smell in the room. Very not worth what it cost

Parking sucks. For a Wyndham they should have a fridge or a microwave. Besides that nice place. Ill stay again.

I’ve stayed at this location several times and this time by far was the worst!!! Drunk people everywhere, trash everywhere. There wasn’t enough towels in my rooms. Mildred smell thru out the hotel.
