The bathroom and the fridge in the room were dirty. The fridge had a wet liquid that smelled bad inside of it. The bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned well, but at least the bedding seemed clean. The upholstery in the lobby/breakfast area was worn and heavily stained. I am not super picky, but I didn't even want to sit down it was so filthy. They had told us we would have rooms next to our other parties that we were traveling with. Upon checking in, they said we would all be on the same floor. We were traveling with two other families. When one family checked in about 30 minutes after we did, they told them they no longer were able to put us on the same floor. When our third party arrived they told them they didn't even have their 2 rooms that they booked on the same floor. It was upsetting as we all had been looking forward to this. We all ended up on different floors. There was also a man that looked like maybe the manager, who wasn't very friendly in general, He also told our children to knock it off when they were getting hot chocolate and tea. They were literally just pouring water into their cups and he scolded them. Not to mention, this was after my son asked the front desk if it was ok. The kitchen staff in the morning also seemed very stressed out and not very friendly. Not anything dramatic, but based on my experience I wouldn't return. Especially for the price. Unfortunately I think there are better options that are probably half the price.

We would love to stay here again, We got our money worth. A Family of 5 traveling with 3 Girls. We had 2 Queen size Bed , Sofa bed with pull out trundle Bed. Plenty of Space for us to have a good rest after 12hrs Driving 🚗

The location was perfect. Many options.

When we arrived, we were told that our reserved 2 bedroom suite had been given to another and we (family of 4) were moved to a king room due to being overbooked and because we had booked through a 3rd party. The lobby was full of people past midnight. The rooms were clean. But hotel ran out of towels so there were not enough towels for our family of four. We had to share bath towels. They only place 3 sets in each room.

HOWEVER, the rest of the inside of the hotel seemed clean and we were pleasantly surprised that our room 209 was clean with comfortable beds. Based on that we would consider staying here again.

The location was good. Breakfast was not excellent but decent. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The layout of the room is wonky. Our bathroom door did not shut properly. I did not like the Tremble bed . I think a sleeper couch would have been more pleasant.

The whole stay was great. The only thing that was a downfall was the pool. It’s indoors and it was freezing. I figured it would be heated or something. It was so hot out that day too but the pool felt like icicles. The kids still had fun with it but it was def hard on us adults. The room and hotel itself were amazing.

So disappointed , stayed on second floor , smelled like mildew and it was so hot in the hallway, not sure air conditioner was working, ice machine was broke , WiFi was down. Needs work

Staff was friendly, first room assigned was not clean, but they quickly re-assigned us a different room and it was clean. Breakfast was ok, they had eggs, sausage and potatoes, they just didn’t have much cereal options or pastry options. Overall it was good.

I would love to stay here again.
