Dense painting smell, renovation not done properly

No breakfast, even though it was claimed to have. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. There was only what i can assume was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed made noise everytime i got into it. On thee plus side it appears they are actively working on improvements.

Goof

Staff were very rude and couldn't remember me checking in. Room smelled like smoke. They charge extra money for deposit say you will getvit back never get it back. They have people staying there that do and sell illegal drugs. The shower wasn't even finished. The hot water is way to hot where its burning your skin. No cold water to shower. T he bed is hard as a rock. Tiny thin mattress on metal bed frame. The linens were not cleaned. Never recieved clean towels. Pillows and flat;had to go buy one just so i could sleep. Breakfast is thin flap Jack's that are rubbery. When you go to the staff and tell them about smoke smell in the room the only thing they suggest is to spray the room with air freshener. Definitely will not stay here again.

Very poor

After walking into the room there looked like blood stains on the comforter. The pillow cases were stained and the entire building reeked of Marijuana. Due to this i left and got a room at a different facility.

They still owe me $50 of deposit after I check out the Wi-Fi doesn’t work the breakfast trash, not enough items for the breakfast

Price. Location. Big rooms. The room was so smoky that I literally had to wash all my clothes. The receptionist refused to give me another room. The shower was clogged, and judging by the amount of hair in it, it had probably been clogged for a very long time. For breakfast, they put out only 10–20 small yogurt cups for the entire hotel and fill the pancake machine enough for about 30 people. So if you want to get anything to eat, you have to come at 6:30. By 7:00, everything is already gone.

The front desk person was very rube

Check-in staff was friendly and efficient - BUT…. King-size bed had only two flat, non-supportive pillows. Bathroom sink had no stopper and was mounted unusually high - way too high for many women let alone children. Biggest complaint is that the included “breakfast” was a joke - nothing available but coffee and flat, tasteless pancakes - no milk, juice, bread, pastries, fruit, or anything! Very disappointing.

I liked the bed because it was soft n the decoration in the room Both the tubs were nasty, they had a roach in the bathroom still alive, the curtains were falling off. I asked for a refund, they would not refund me back, even when I didn’t even sleep there

Stayed here for 3 nights while on a work trip. When I first arrived, it was around check-in time so 3 p.m. and there was no one managing the counter. There were already two people in line waiting when I arrived yet no one had come by to see what they needed. At the desk they have a button where guests can click if there is no one there. Myself and the other guy in line clicked that button numerous times and no one came for a good 15 minutes— not including the time the other 2 men were already waiting. You try calling the number online and it’s just an automated message with no way of speaking to a real person. You would think someone would be there to help considering it was CHECK-IN TIME. On top of that, they wanted another $20 so I could get my room even though I had already paid in advance. The man at the counter said I would be refunded for it after my trip but I am yet to receive it. And I KNOW I did not leave the room in disarray to not have received my refund on it. This hotel needs updates severely. Especially the bathroom. The bath tub was gross and the water pressure coming out of the shower head was non existent. I understood from the reviews to not expect the best from this hotel but I expected the service here from the workers to be better at least but no. I definitely don’t recommend staying here!

Poor customer service and they gave my room away and it was already paid for it. And the room by Independence all cases for dirty. They just care about the money.

The staff at the front desk younger skinny guy he is rude and was doing anything he can to stop me from booking a room kept finding excuses when I found a solution after I already booked my room and my card was charged didn’t get my room until following day

The first room they gave me was already occupied. The second hasnt been cleaned.

Really don't stay in this hotel it's super dirty, poorly maintained nothing to do with the photos the day I went since you enter it's dirty smells bad to the carpet the place is horrible. I was going up the stairs that they show me in the room because I didn't check until then and on the stairs they had tools that because they were fixing something I entered the horrible room the most horrible thing I could have seen in my life. The air makes a terrible noise, don't stay in this place. It's really a place of Hindus or Indians I don't know what the word is I don't recommend them for this place.

I thought it came with the breakfast, but it did not come with the breakfast because all they had is pancakes and yogurt and cold coffee. The service was terrible in my review find a different motel is a better breakfast.

Checked into room and bedding was dirty with stained up sheets dorito crumbs and hair so turned in key and left with no refund Nasty
