If you’re passing through Fort Wayne, you must book at Tru by Hilton. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one takes the cake. Every (I mean every) employee was very polite, cordial, and friendly. Apparently cleanliness isn’t the goal, it’s the standard. Everywhere from the parking lot to our room was immaculate. Bravo Zulu to the staff & management.

My 2-night stay here was great!! When I was planning my trip, I was looking at the reviews of other nearby hotels in the price range, and the reviews were horrible. Then this Tru came up and the reviews were almost entirely great. Glad I found this place. I was not disappointed!!

The building and employees were very nice, but the beds were so hard it was like laying on a concrete floor, the walls are so thin you could hear everything, i would not recommend this hotel just based on the beds. Price was way to high for the quality...would have been more comfortable to just sleep in car,

This property is not family friendly at all.it was very neat but rooms small no microwave only in community area. On checkout the person did not even so much as look at me and for sure did not thank me for the stay.

Directly above the head of the beds is a row of 5 spotlights with no nightstand light - so lighting is ALL or NONE in the bed. There is no coffeemaker in the room (or microwave); there is a frig. The hotel is situated next to a major roadway and highway so lots of night noises.

Dog friendly, nice size room, decent size bathroom and laminate flooring Didn’t care for the breakfast, wish they had a hot tub.
