The stuff was rude. Instead of helping me get the promised free wifi, she gave me a number to call and when i cam back to seek her approval for multiple devices, she was rude. the rooms were not clean and had cockroaches. I think in future trying to have utensils would be helpful rather than selling theirs that were extemely expensive. I had to go to stores late at night to get pots to cook for my kids.

Horrible location, giant pothole by the main entrance, 2 guys smoking pot 5 feet from the front door, and a blanket the same thickness as a piece of kleenex. Avoid completely!

ROACHE Infested! The hotel you think would be very clean and nice due to its location, when I arrived staff was very nice. When I got to the stairs to go up to room noticed it smelled terrible, then when I got to my room it smelled terrible, the carpet was discolored had black spots all over smelled like a dirty run down hotel. The kitchen areas was dirty parts were broken. I felt so dirty. After a few minutes ROACHES started coming out. My kids and I left very quickly. I do not recommend this hotel until it’s been fixed.

Outdated stains in the carpet no ice available no ice cube trays in the freezer very small room will not use again. The young woman that checked us in early Tuesday June 16th about 4:00 p.m. was very friendly helpful and had a great sense of humor.

Nothing. There were people gathered outside when we arrived which made us very uncomfortable. Just sitting outside at night asking us questions. There were dogs, smelled horrible, and the rooms did not appear clean at all.

THERE WAS A MAN IN THE PARKING LOT .. GRILLING ON A PORTABLE GRILL. Seemingly under the influence.

The property was nice The inside of the rooms were not what the website posted how they looked for the price you would expect nicer , cleaner nope neither one of those.

Stayed on the second floor which immediately smelled terrible after getting out of the stairwell. Something of mildew/rot. Room obviously had it lingering inside, had to go buy air fresherners to at least be able to sleep. Everything inside the room looked like it had rust/water staining. Bed was okay, room was okay otherwise. Only interaction with staff was when I checked in, the only thing the front desk person said was "I.D." then gave me my keys, no direction no friendliness, straight to the point. If you need somewhere to sleep its fine. But other than that. Not a very comftorable feel.

The location & they have rooms with a kitchen. The front staff was very accommodating! Since they don't accept cats hey wouldn't allow me to stay all the days I had a reservation for but they did let me stay for the night because it was late & gave me a late check out. And tried to help me find a place that does accept cats Online it says they accept pets. However, they only accept dogs... so I'm not sure why it says pets. The 1st room they put us in did have roaches but they put us in a different room and it was fine.
