The hotel was not clean and was poorly maintained. The pool looked to have not been cleaned in a while. The breakfast was very good.

Didn’t use the pool because it was very cloudy and partially green. Everything else was good.

Lost power at the hotel for 12+ hours

Only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable. It was very hard, which some people may like.

I loved this place. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the BTS concert and everything was great. Staff were amazing, breakfast, room clean. I would definitely book here again.

The breakfast was ok. The staff there were super friendly. The honeydew & pineapple were excellent however some bananas or apples would also have been great. I had never experienced the kahlua touch before & I really did appreciate it! Everything was great!
