I booked/paid for my room since April. Stay was for August. We arrived before 3pm of check-in and room was not ready. Room wasn't available until after 4pm.

Love the breakfast inclusion. Room was spacious enough for a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) There was some confusion when I called to confirm my reservation before my stay. The staff that helped me couldn’t find my reservation just under my name because I didn’t have my confirmation number.

The staff members were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A huge plus was their flexibility—even after we checked out, they kindly allowed us to leave our car in the hotel parking lot so we could enjoy the rest of our day without any hassle. Top-notch service and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, great staff and bartender. Only downside is the amount for paid parking. $86 for two days, seems pretty steep.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better close to everything we needed.Breakfast was very good, and the hotel service was excellent throughout our stay. The front desk staff, shuttle drivers, and all hotel employees were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dallas!
