We had a good stay. Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

Had good mattress and staff is nice. No breakfast, pool, or whirlpool, have to pay extra for microwave and fridge

The outside of the hotel looked ok, but the inside was a different story. The elevator reeked of smoke and even though we had a smoke free room, you could still smell the cigarette smoke. The room was so small, you could barely turn around in it and there was a huge dead cockroach to greet us. It was a 100 degrees outside but the room we were placed in didn’t even have the air on so it was so hot and stuffy and took forever to cool off. There are no amenities not even a cheap continental breakfast. We were just passing through but would never stay there again.

The room didn't have No Refrigerator to keep food storage, no table to eat, microwave oven to warm foods, we lost about 200 dollars in foods, every time we leave our room our key didn't work, had go backwards and forward to room key to unlock the room, just an bad experience, Everything we lost on foods and Our room

They took my money after I paid online an they canceled my reservation on there own an took my money an I couldn’t even get my room

I book a room and I was told to go through them instead of booking and then you charge me twice, I keep calling but they say manager isn't in. I go here twice a month . But if I don't get a refund for you over charging me ,I won't return.

First after my check in the electricity was out 3. -4 hours and there was no microwave and I washing machine and 1 dryer. The bed

It was close to the interstate. I called the front desk on the first morning to ask a question. The man at the front desk was rude. He cut me off, talked over me, barked out his response and then hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. The cleaning staff were disruptive and speaking loudly in the hallways as they worked, yelling down the hall at each other. The air conditioning vents were dirty and disgusting. Some of the light switches and outlets didn't work. I watched a beer bottle sit outside on the front steps for two days. It was still there when we left.

Need to check air conditioning that had been trouble with temperature while I sleep
