I was supposed to get a non-smoking room but it was definitely a smoking room, cigarette burns everywhere, on top of that, the pull-out couch bed was worn out and beat down, barely useable if at all and there weren’t even any extra pillows or bedding to use on it. The toilet didn’t flush right because it didn’t fill up hardly at all, the bathtub was in dire need of refinishing or replacement, and the Air conditioner didn’t have any kind of thermostat, so it was either extra cold or just a fan, there was no temperature regulation.

Had we not needed the space in the room we might have looked elsewhere but there was a lack of options available in the area.

Accessible. Staffs are unhelpful, rude, bfast is not good. There are roaches in the bathroom and strict policy.
