Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Worth TX

When I went for breakfast at 8:15 am,they only had white bread for making toast. I was disappointed.

Breakfast could’ve had more variety.

maybe it'll be a good idea for me to change the carpet in the smoking rooms they have a bad odor the staff is usually convenient but when you make a reservation even if it's on weekend I think they should stand up to that I work out of state and they had already gave my room to another person even though I told him I was paying at the property so should that matter if you paying at the property or what your card I always pay it the property I stayed there all the time

Nothing Everything could've been better. The walls dirty, the furniture broken, blow dryer broken, no iron, bedding old and nasty looking. Tub was nasty I wore shoes when I took a bath. The parking is literally right by the entrance of your door so every time someone parks and locks their car you hear the cars honking. People hanging out late night by your room.

The room was dirty and I reserved a non smoking one and it stinked so bad the restrooms didn’t have toilet paper and when i asked they said thats all they had

Trash....Just trash..The city needs to knock that place down...

The front desk manager Sam was awful.

Wyndham should be embarrassed to put their name on this hotel. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the Sheetrock was bowing like there was a leak previously. The breakfast was honey bun, danish, or toast. There was a hair band laying on the sink. My daughter’s socks were almost black from the floors. There was no hair dryer, The pillows were very small and the bedding was not soft.

The continental breakfast was just stale bread and prepackaged honey buns. The pool was tiny and dirty. There was broken glass on the sidewalk around the pool.

The first room wasn’t clean we found roach the second room. It was hard to get the door open. Every time we had to get the door open we had to go get management to open the door. We had to stand outside about 5 to 10 minutes in the heat, trying to get the door open I didn’t like that at all. I’ve stayed there before and I didn’t have all those problems so I didn’t really appreciate the service discrowned. I’m Fix the doors and make sure the doors work and make sure all the drawers and things in the rooms are cleaned out before you put another guest in there and also we didn’t have toilet paper in the first room. We had to ask for it and neither did we have pillowcases. We had to ask for those as well and then we were told we had to come and get them didn’t like that. The room should’ve been already prepared. My mom was coming from South Carolina.

Convenience, close to gas station and Walmart. Had visitors(my two children) over went swimming and they kicked us out because the kids weren't on visitor/children list and instead of letting me pay extra to add they just made us leave after I spent $704 booking it online and still have yet to receive the refund for the remaining 8 days we did not get to stay out of our 12day time frame!! Staff was respectful until it come down to refund the money back then their corporation lacked tremendously! Room when we entered didn't look to be swept, bathtub had rust in it, and we were without a microwave for 3 days. I kept reminding them everyday and they would just say maintenance will bring tomorrow and tomorrow come and nothing until day 3 then it was me being stern.

This place never refunded my deposit. They kicked me out bc I had my bike in the room when they didn't say nothing about it the entire week I was there. Then all the sudden it was a problem. They could of actually returned my 25$ deposit for one
