The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They often go out of their way to assist. Response time was good. I stayed for a week. The room was clean, the kitchen had a 2 burner stove, dishwasher and a full refrigerator. Dishes and pots were provided. Machines are available to do your own laundry...$3.25 a load. It worked well for my family. This is our third...or fourth time using this hotel. Will continue to use it. I did miss the home baked oatmeal cookies they used to have in the afternoons for guests. They offered freshly done popcorn two afternoons when I was there...the cookies were tastier! :) Will return again!

This was a great place to stay. They had good and healthy breakfasts. They were always courteous. The room was nice and roomy. The only concern I had was that the hard floors were a little sticky. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Next time I am in town, I will choose this hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The pool is beautiful. Having the kitchen in the suites made the week long stay more comfortable.

We’ll be back next year for a week stay this time. Just need to have walk in shower , due to my son’s disability have a hard time getting him into the tub. God bless you all. Jesus loves you all.

My wife and I experienced a very pleasant stay here. Josh at the front desk was amazing and unbelievable in a very good way. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. And the breakfast girls were pleasant and made sure the food was served in a very fast manner. We will definitely go back here again!

We had to wait to check in until after 4 PM but everything else was great

All good, nice location too. A 15 - 20 minute walk to Sundance square where there are restaurants etc.

The hotel in general was clean. Our beds were comfortable. But we never had any coffee for our coffee maker and the housekeeping staff didn't stop at our room once during our three day stay. So, we never received clean washcloths or any supplies for coffee. We won't be returning to stay here.

Best price I could find for a hotel close to Sundance square. Room was nice. Quiet. Free parking which is nice for a downtown hotel. Decent place to stay.

There were many hiccups. Card key system was down, which meant we got our key the next day. Sofa bedding was wadded up in the closet, but I asked for fresh sheets and got them. No TV remote, but again I got one when asked. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The Internet needed worked on, which was related to the card key system issue, so IT had to visit 70 rooms, ours twice, to reset things. We didn't have a problem with that, just one of the hiccups in our stay. Breakfast was ok, but both mornings the eggs were watery. Overall, staff was friendly (and embarrassed by all the troubles and apologetic), room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good stay. But the RUSH concert was rescheduled!!!! Ok, NOT the hotel's fault:)

Very good stay as usual parking breakfast and clean all good
-
The foul moldy stench emitted from the AC system was sickening. Turned it off and came back hours later and smell was gone, turned it back on to sleep and it returned to the room.
-
Breakfast The pool wasn't working
-
Every one was good even the staff keep it up
-
Do not stay here. Our first night we were kept up from 11pm until 5am by people stomping or doing who knows what on the floor about us. Kids didn’t sleep, I didn’t sleep. It was terrible. AC not working in the lobby or gym. Yikes! Hotel is dated.
