Everything was great and it was very nice.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I came for surprise birthday party. After going to eat came back to get ready for party room key wouldn’t work. I went downstairs and got new keys and still didn’t work. Desk clerk called maintenance and said he was on his way. I waited 20 minutes no maintenance.Went back clerk called again 10 minutes later he comes. He try to use a tool to go under the door to unlock it. After trying for 20 minutes he decides he just put the battery charger on the door and let it charge. But it opened right up.Doing the process I go ask for another room at least we can be bathing while he try get it open. The other room was clean but the bathroom smelled bad had to keep it shut the whole time. Long story short was late to surprise party.

I just don't care much for the format. I stayed here for 5 days. There are no drawers or place to unpack. You have to live out of your suitcase which is a nuisance. The rooms are tight with one desk chair at a tiny desk. This place is designed for a one night stay and you get no price break for the sparceness. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

It was peaceful and comfortable. I had the best nights of sleep I’d had in quite some time. It was mostly clean, but I did have to deduct a point for there being something on the bathroom door.

Great hotel! Very clean! Great breakfast! Pool was really nice! Fitness center top notch!

The hotel is nice and modern and the bedrooms are spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods to choose from and the 24hr shop and go store on-site was really convenient.

Everything I have stayed here several times and it is always a great experience Nothing everything was wonderful

No microwave and no coffee maker in room had to get dressed and go downstairs just to get a cup of coffee

Location was great and cleanliness was top notch. No microwaves in rooms, have to go to lobby to heat food. We originally booked one night on booking.com and then decided we needed to stay an additional night. When we tried to extend our stay the price went up by $100. Booking.com wouldnt allow me to extend the stay on their site. It said i had to speak with hotel. Hotel price went up by $100. We spoke to one staff member who said they couldn't do anything. Eventually we spoke to another staff member who got our price down to only $25 more which I could live with. We were told we would have to move rooms though, but only next door to other room and would have to go to desk the next morning to get the key card. When the next day arrived we were told that room was occupied and would have to wait til they checked out at 11 and then room was cleaned and could checkin. This would mean packing all our belongins up and sitting in our car or find somewhere to wait. Not happy and expressed so to the boy at the front desk. He was able to move us to another room on the next floor that was unoccupied. It was all taken care of but caused alot of anxiety i did not need. I hope they can figure out a way this doesnt happen to anyone again.

Breakfast included, staff on duty, bbq and pool area amazing.
