Our recent stay at California Park Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. This elegant property captures the very essence of Forte dei Marmi—serene, exclusive, and effortlessly refined. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a calm, welcoming atmosphere that felt both luxurious and deeply personal. The hotel is immaculately maintained, with beautifully landscaped gardens, a tranquil pool area, and interiors that strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and classic Tuscan charm. What truly sets California Park apart is how naturally it reflects the spirit of Forte: discreet elegance, warm hospitality, and an unspoken understanding of what it means to relax in style. Every detail, from the service to the design, is carefully curated to ensure guests feel both pampered and at home. We already are longing for our return.

We enjoyed a perfect stay.

We loved everything! The Garden is beautiful, the interior design is really lovely, the stuff is very nice and the restaurant is very good. Since we are not so much into seafood we were very happy that they even got us pasta Bolognese and caprese salad that were not on the menu that day. Moreover our room was upgraded after we had to arrive two days later due to illness. This was very nice surprise. It was a little loud in the evening on this side of the hotel, I'm not sure how that works out during main season, when there are more people outside and at the bar. But it didn't bother us too much.

The best hotel in town, good location, service was 10/10, rooms were clean and tidy with black out curtains, house keeping comes twice a day, they have access to one of the best beach clubs with first row cabana, they handle the luggages with an excellent bellboy, receptionists are well mannered they are the best that we’ve met in our italy trip, their swimming pool is clean and spacious, multiple lobbies with multi setting options for breakfast. Pricey little bit but it deserves it, rooms are small so better to choose spacious options, no coffee machines at rooms we’e suggested to add one in the lobby at least.

The setting and location of hotel was the factor we chose it For the type of hotel, they are not providing even tea & coffee in the room. We had lunch and had to wait for parmigiana cheese for pasta. They finally brought it and quickly took it away though four people in group had pasta. Also when you have lunch, dinner or drinks at the bar, they don’t get you to sign anything which makes it difficult to verify at the end. Also they don’t have any menu with prices at the bar so it’s hard to guess what cost what. We ordered many drinks, they charged €42 for each gin and tonic. (It was nice though). Lunch & dinner menu very limited

Everything. Beautiful property you live in botanical garden. Swimming pool is big advantage especially if you don’t want to be at the beach cubicles for 300/day as we didn’t want to be. Cuisine is wonderful we ate lunch here every day big variety. Above all the staff is amazing they make you feel like part of the family and yes this hotel is owned and run by family. Thank you GM Daniella for amazing experience and all the suggestions way beyond your hotel. No Prosecco at breakfast ?????

Rooms are tiny

It is stylish, thought through till every detail. Small and cosy. Very nice pool. Excellent food, breakfast very nice. Super friendly staff, haven’t seen this kind of hospitality before anywhere. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like
