The rooms are small but very nice

No facilities No complimentary coffee or water inside the room Bad room view No room service (food)

Service and location and amenities The rooms doors when they close are very noisy and the AC units are not positioned properly

Location The AC didn’t work so we had to sleep 1 night with a baby in the heated room at 25C, even though we raised the issue upon arrival. The issue was resolved by providing us an upgrade. So, thank you team for not letting us down for the anniversary

Breakfast buffet had many choices for people avoiding gluten. When I checked out after 14 days, I mentioned that I had paid for a superior sea view room, but view was mostly blocked by abandoned, rundown hotel next door. They acted like it was my fault for not telling them I had not gotten the superior sea view room I reserved! When I pay for something that is what I expect. Never again at Grand Hotel.

Lovely room. Very clean, AC worked well, good location to get everywhere by walking Booked sea view but being assigned on first floor we had more road view than sea. The hotel felt very basic for its price. Common spaces are big room for breakfast, a bar and the pool.

The hotel was an excellent, well organized, with swimming pool open all the time and closely located to the beach. The hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious with a sea side view balcony and kept very clean.. The reception staff was very professional, attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The services were very good, with one exception- laundry. The bar was close to the swimming pool, very convenient, with friendly staff, the restaurant was very good with a good menu, food was great, but I would appreciate more variety. The beach, was very long and nice and clean but the sea water was very dirty, practically un-swimmable. One thing I did not like it was returned laundry, the shorts had some small stains, they haven't been washed properly, they were still dirty when they returned them back after washing, considering all great services at this hotel, I was very surprised that nobody even check that, I was leaving so I did not want to argue about it.

Breakfast was great. Light, nutritious, diverse, just fine for quick meal before getting going. Beds are hard.

Location, breakfast! Bathroom new but I comfortable.. no place for put the thinks.. no shelf’s!

The location is great, the breakfast was great and the restaurant staff were professional. Everything was great.

The staff were extremely polite friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent. Overall a pleasant stay The out door subbed were a little uncomfortable so maybe thicker towels and a head cushion. The Bagno facilities were excellent in comparison

All the staff are rude except for two people. Every time I come to ask for an extra blanket? there is no bike rental? None. Electric sockets? None.. In addition to the bad behavior of the employees. An experience that will not be repeated.

They have to improve the sound system , we can hear everything outside , and the wifi was not enough good

The staff are not helpful , they are very short tempered , no servicer nor facilities , they dont have an iron , and even if i ask for laundry they said they are busy , on the pool you cant pay at the same time ,you should pay at the check out only , not well oriented about forte de marmi
