Amazing and friendly stuff , also the location the food, everything here was phenomenal

Property is centrally located. The staff and the management are absolutely horrendous. They are rude, condescending and unkind - not to mention after barging into my room unannounced, the manager just said sorry but with an attitude as if we should feel bad that they made a mistake. I had to tell him that our breakfast was the minimum to compensate. Absolutely horrible.

Magnolia Restaurant dinner and staff were exceptional. Reallocated room due to ongoing electrical works taking place. Room was downgraded at our original cost. No coffee or tea facilities in room. No irons supplied, only in house laundry service. Room was not cleaned despite asking twice. Poor communication at all times with reception staff. Not a 5 star experience!
